I Am Beautiful Family Services provides comprehensive, family-centered programs designed to support children, caregivers, and communities. Our services are grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and trauma-informed practice, ensuring that families receive the support they need to thrive.

We recruit, prepare, and support foster parents to provide safe, nurturing homes for children involved in the child welfare system. Our foster care placement support services emphasize stability, caregiver education, and ongoing guidance throughout the placement process.

Services include:

• Foster parent recruitment and orientation
• Training and preparation for prospective foster parents
• Ongoing support and guidance for licensed caregivers
• Collaboration with child welfare agencies and service providers

Our family advocacy services focus on strengthening families by helping them navigate complex systems and access needed resources. We work alongside families to ensure their voices are heard and their children’s needs are met.

Services include:

• Individual and family advocacy
• Resource coordination and community referrals
• Support navigating child-serving systems
• Caregiver education and guidance

In partnership with Prince George’s County Public Schools, I Am Beautiful Family Services supports short-term, school-based pilot programs designed to address students’ behavioral and social-emotional needs. These pilots allow us to assess needs, demonstrate impact, and inform future program development.

Program features include:

• Small-group social-emotional learning sessions
• Classroom push-in support
• Short-term implementation (6–8 weeks)
• Collaboration with educators and school staff

We collaborate with community organizations, schools, and service providers to deliver prevention-focused and early-intervention services. By strengthening community connections, we help families access support before challenges escalate.

Services include:

• Community-based workshops and trainings
• Partner referrals and coordinated care
• Prevention and early-intervention initiatives
